Incoloy A286 is a Fe-25Ni-15Cr based superalloy reinforced by the addition of molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace boron.Under 650℃, it has high yield strength, durable and creep strength, good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance.It is suitable for the manufacture of high temperature bearing parts of aero-engines working under 650℃ for a long time, such as turbine disc, press disc, rotor blade and fastener, etc.The alloy can be used to produce deformation products of various shapes, such as plates, forgings, plates, rods, wires and annular parts.High quality A286 alloy is developed on the basis of A-286 alloy. As long as the purity of alloy is improved, the content of gas is limited, the content of low melting point elements is controlled, and the heat treatment system is adjusted, so as to improve the thermal strength and long-term use performance of the alloy.
