Nimonic 80A is a superalloy with Ni Cr as the matrix and aluminum and titanium as the matrix to form Y phase dispersion strengthening. Except for the slightly higher aluminum content, Nimonic 80A is similar to GH4033. The service temperature is 700-800 ℃, and it has good creep resistance and oxidation resistance at 650-850 ℃.
The alloy has good cold and hot working performance. It mainly supplies hot rolled bar, cold drawn bar, hot rolled sheet, cold rolled sheet, strip and annular parts, etc., which are used to manufacture engine rotor blades, guide vane bearings, bolts, leaf lock plates and other parts.
